Responsibilities:

Order and Sales Support Management

* Handle day-to-day order requests including license purchase orders and deliveries from customers and partners, ensuring a fast and accurate order processing workflow.

* Continuously monitor order progress and proactively collaborate with relevant departments and the sales team to resolve any issues promptly.

Data and Account Management

* Understand the integration structure of One|Workplace and One|Sales systems to support the sales team with accurate, data-driven operations.

* Maintain the accuracy of sales data and contribute to report generation using ERP (Navision) and CRM tools.

Customer and Partner Communication

* Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries from customers and partners, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

* Deliver optimal solutions by balancing customer satisfaction with company policies.

Revenue and Accounting Support

* Support issuance and closing of sales tax invoices.

* Assist with financial tasks such as creating sales analysis reports (using Excel functions) and reconciling purchase invoices.

Process Improvement and System Utilization

* Actively utilize ERP (preferably Navision) and CRM systems to ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.

* Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Full-time work rights in South Korea.
* Full professional proficiency in Korean 
* Associate's degree or higher (2-3 year college graduate or above)

* Experience in purchase order processing and sales support

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
