Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Operations Lead with a strong background in business operations to support our growing AI services company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the CTO in driving internal initiatives and delivering exceptional client-facing services. This role is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business operations, gathering requirements, coordinating projects, and building impactful presentations. Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements for various AI and IT service projects.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, capturing key action items, decisions, and next steps. Ensure that follow-ups are completed and that meetings drive value for both internal teams and clients.
* Presentation Development: Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials for internal and client-facing meetings, showcasing complex information in clear and compelling ways.
* Project and Training Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the CTO and the broader AI services team, ensuring smooth execution of internal projects and initiatives.
* Client Engagement: Serve as a point of contact for clients to address operational questions, gather ongoing feedback, and support client relationship-building efforts.
* Documentation and Reporting: Develop reports, process documentation, and other materials that support project tracking, decision-making, and knowledge-sharing.
* Ad-hoc Support: Provide additional administrative and project support as needed by the CTO or to meet evolving client needs.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operations, project management, or business support role. Experience in technology or AI services is a strong plus.
* Skills:
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, executives, and team members.
* Presentation Design: Skilled in PowerPoint or other presentation software, with an eye for design and ability to convey complex ideas visually.
* Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, organize meetings, and ensure follow-through on deliverables.
* Analytical Thinking: Capable of gathering requirements, synthesizing feedback, and making process improvement recommendations.
* Relationship Management: Able to engage effectively with stakeholders and understand their needs, offering solutions aligned with business goals.
