Overview: Operations Executive REL Field Marketing Are you a strong collaborator and relationship builder? Want a role where you can grow and develop? Full-Time, Permanent Salary: 23,000 per annum + annual company bonus Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41) You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Account Executive on our Tactical Team. You will be responsible for: * Managing the day to day operations of the ASDA Accreditation Account ensuring we adhere to the agreed SLA's * Troubleshooting operational issues, and working with the Operations Manager to provide solutions * General system housekeeping tasks * Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email * Completion of daily Sainsbury's Accreditation tasks * Manage various email inboxes and deal with all requests in a timely manner * Production of the monthly field newsletter * Support the On Demand Team with internal reports * Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager * Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts * Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system * System administration such as paperwork checks * Contact the field team with issues or questions from the customers * Completing an activity in store on a Quarterly basis You will have: * A "can do" attitude, team player and flexible approach * Effective communication skills * The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workload and manage time effectively * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel * Comfortable with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and social media such as Facebook In return we will offer you: * The opportunity for further career development by progressing to attend client meetings with Account Managers and/or attending conferences run for strategic clientele * Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential * Great career opportunities * A fun working environment where performance and success are really rewarded * Annual leave: 24 days (increasing annually up to 29 days) + bank holidays * Benefits include: medicash, enhanced pension, life assurance, enhanced paternity, maternity & adoption leave + Perkbox and Taste Card!
