Performs general clerical and administrative services in direct support of an individual, annex department/team, or office location. Drafts, types, edits, formats/reformats assembling and tracking correspondence. Maintains suspense files. Requisitions office supplies and repairs of office equipment. Assists Annexes in daily Work Order tracking, Deliverables, and monitors compliance. Assists in processing catalog requests and Limit of Liability Notifications. Must be able to coordinate and correspond with technicians, leaders and customers via phone, radio and email

Responsibilities:

* Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the management and coordination of operations for all services assigned to the Program Management Office which includes at a minimum Facilities Management, Family Housing Management, Transportation Management, Utilities Management, and Production Control. Assist with quality, environmental and safety objectives in support of program directives. 
* This position is V2X POC for all recalls, accountability drills and maintains files in accordance with organizational policy. 
* Shall administer annual revisions/reviews of NSGB directives (WIs, SOPs, SOWs, PWS) supporting subcontractor oversight as directed by the Program Manager or Operations Manager.
* Works in close coordination with the Operations Managers, Annex Managers and Supervisors
* Assist with leading NSGB Projects Construction, RFP's, FP Equipment procurement, Site visits, etc.) as directed by Operations Manager
* Coordinates closely with Program Support, Program Operations, Quality and Safety Organizations.
* Must be able to interact, coordinate and cooperate with senior military, corporate and program management/personnel.
* Develop and standardize procedures and methods to improve and continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned programs, service delivery methods, and procedures; identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations as needed.
* Work closely with Program Management, contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
* Ensures services are provided as required in support of the Program accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor key performance and management indicators.
* Coordinate, synchronize, monitor, and report status of Operations Center and special projects as required.
* Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, directing, and coordinating logistical support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities.
* Improve organizational processes, quality, productivity, and efficiency of the NSGB program.
* Performs other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:

* Desired Associates or bachelor's college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Must possess a U.S. driver's license or from home country license to obtain a Military Driver's License

Experience:

* Five (5) years of specialized experience involving operation activities in a type of work encompassing a combination of logistical and operational support functions directly related to military base operations and management.
* Specialized areas of experience include: logistical support in the areas of Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation; Public Works; Safety; and Quality; an understanding of the military data processing systems; and the ability to implement future programs relative to the above.
* Read, Write, and Speck English including provide and accept directions in English.

* High-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately, with strong written and briefing skills, and capability to plan without much detailed guidance
* Senior-level inter-personal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a large and multi-ethnic workforce
* Energy and stamina that meets constant cycle of meetings and briefings; strong listing skills and ability to give detailed direction and guidance
* Expert written and oral communications in English
* Must have high level of proficiency in the use of MS office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related applications
* Must have technical skills in the development and maintenance of quality programs with a strong customer orientation and focus.
