				Overview:

***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is responsible to the Operations Manager for the day-to-day operational oversight of PH LOGCAP Program. Maintains a functional awareness of all PWS areas and assists the Management Team with the development and implementation of work processes and procedures to meet program and project requirements using visual concepts to communicate ideas and information effectively.

Responsibilities:

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

* Assist Operations Managers to monitor compliance with the Performance of Work Statement (PWS) to include CDRL requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of the Army regulations as applicable, and Vectrus Project Orders (POs) and Project Internal Operating Procedures (PIOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Work Instructions.
* Assist Leadership with development of briefs and project objectives using graphic designer software, adapting briefs and projects for digital and print application.
* Develops project briefings, story boards, project schedules, and other briefing/marketing type collateral using the MS PowerPoint, the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software, Canva, and other graphic arts software.
* Designs and produces digital graphics using computer software applications
* Establishes graphical standards for the creation of graphical elements, layouts, and presentations
* Developing advertisements and layouts for magazine, newspapers, brochures and more.
* Create original artwork for publications like business cards, stationery, etc.
* The person will be a graphic artist who creates art work that will be used in graphic projects such as advertisements, posters, or even book covers.
* Design and format layout of presentation materials that includes reports, proposals, videos, mailers, brochures, advertisements, banners, presentations and ideas using Infographics, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, PowerPoint
* Design and create high-quality artistic business elements by relying on his/her expertise in standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva,  .
* Render color ups for stats and boards using Adobe Creative Suite
* Collaborate with operational staff in the design and production of information graphics and art for use in print or on the web
* Work closely with staff to design and deliver graphics needs
* Maintain department supplies and service (printer, paper)
* Regularly meet with team members to ensure that work is consistent
* Designs for print related projects on occasion
* Collaborate with team to understand project vision and business goals to define the best creative solution
* Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and reports related to operational activities.
* Ensure departmental submission of CDRL reports and other tasks, as required.
* Participates in the development of functional strategy and forecasting along with research and development for operational planning.
* Supports detailed planning efforts and assists with monitoring contractual performance.
* Collects and analyzes data identifying trends and acts as an advisor on operational matters to the Operations Manager.
* Create and maintain records for all operational activities and ensure that all documents are filed properly.
* Develop and maintain operational processes and workflows to ensure that resources are used efficiently.
* Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.
* Performs Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
* Undergraduate degree preferred
* A valid host nation Driver's License is required.
* Adobe Qualified Credentials preferred.

Experience:

* A minimum of three (3) years of directly related operations experience in a corporate or contingency operations environment.
* LN Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
* A minimum of four (4) years of technical experience.
* Possess excellent English oral and written communications skills sufficient to clearly convey message to co-workers, customers, and all levels of management and military officials.

Skills:

* Strong organization, communication (verbal/written) skills, and attention to detail.
* Requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
* Requires extensive knowledge in graphic design software (Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Canva, Figma, Assana, Notion, Affinity Designer)
* Must be able to multi-task proficiently while meeting short suspense for both scheduled Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and unscheduled reports/tasks.
* Supervisory/Budget Responsibilities: N/A

Working Conditions:

* Must be capable of working in an extreme weather condition with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

Physical Requirements:

* Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
* Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
* Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
* Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
