Job title - Operation Program Specialist
Location - EMEA, remote
As a Operation Program Specialist you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient clinical trial operations.
* Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful trial execution.
* Providing operational support and guidance to project teams throughout the trial lifecycle.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
* Monitoring trial progress and addressing any issues or deviations in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
You are:
* Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
* Proven experience in clinical trial operations, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
* Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
