Responsibilities:

**Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered**

Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment

Location: Lakeside Campus 168th & Center -- Surgical Oncology Clinic

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, No weekends, No holidays & No call

As a Clinic RN in Surgical Oncology, you'll be a vital part of their journey, guiding them through often complex treatment paths with expertise, empathy, and unwavering support. What you'll be doing:

* You'll be a trusted point of contact for our surgical oncology patients, guiding them through pre-operative workups, post-operative care, and ongoing surveillance. You'll educate, empower, and advocate for their needs at every turn.
* Performing comprehensive assessments, evaluating symptoms, and skillfully triaging patient concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
* Working hand-in-hand with our surgical oncologists, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other multidisciplinary team members to develop and execute personalized care plans.
* Providing vital education to patients and families regarding surgical procedures, post-operative care, medication management, symptom management, and what to expect during their cancer journey.
* Proactively addressing side effects, managing complex symptoms, and offering compassionate support to enhance our patients' quality of life.
* Assisting with in-clinic procedures, wound care, and ensuring a sterile and safe environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
