Overview:
The banquet bartender will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly service for functions in the banquets department of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
* Familiarity with wines, beers, and cocktails that may be served for banquet events as well as the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
* Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartender's manual.
* Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow side work sheet.
* Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails outlines on Banquet Event Orders (BEO's)
* Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
* Have excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
* Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Two years bartending experience.
* Some wine knowledge.
* Pleasant personality.
* Excellent communication skills.
