Responsibilities: Accountable for assisting the department and handling all requests. Responsible for the daily receipt of supplies and acts as a liaison between the department and any external/internal areas. * Responsible for any data entry and database utilization for the department * Scheduling and Staffing as needed * Generation and distribution of reports * Responsible for purchasing and invoicing of department * Answers the telephone, Directs phone calls, mails information as needed * 6.Assists in the development and distribution of communications * 7.Performs distribution and replenishment as well as inventories supplies Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED required * One (1) year of experience required
