Responsibilities:
Function as receptionist in Recovery Services administrative area by providing a welcoming, hospitable area for patients, visitors, vendors, and staff and provide clerical support for designated Recovery Services staff and other areas.
* Maintain a welcoming, hospitable reception area for Hazelden visitors, patients, and staff to ensure that a positive image is projected of the organization and quality customer service is provided. Greet customers in a pleasant, respectful manner, directing or escorting them to appropriate site or making arrangements for staff to escort them. Ensure that visitors and volunteers sign in
* Attend to routine office Activities for designated staff to promote efficient daily operation
* Provide clerical back-up support to designated areas to help ease workloads and maintain promote timeliness of business functions
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
* High school or equivalent
* 0-2 years' experience
* Minimal familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* Vocational or technical training (2 years or more)
