Overview:

Responsibilities:

* Vendor & Service Management
* Provide on-site escort and supervision for all third-party vendors (HVAC, Pest Control, Fire Safety, etc.).
* Verify that all scheduled maintenance (PPM) is completed according to the contract and sign off on service reports only after physical verification.
* Monitor housekeeping performance daily, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and immediate response to spillages or cleaning requests.
* Site Inspections & Walkthroughs
* Conduct comprehensive daily morning and evening site walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness gaps.
* Monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) rooms and server room environments to ensure optimal operating conditions and contact vendors for support accordingly when needed.
* Inspect all office common areas, pantries, and toilets to ensure the housekeeping team is meeting quality standards.
* Projects
* Assist in supervising on-site renovation projects, ensuring contractors adhere to approved plans, timelines, and safety regulations.
* Perform defect identification during and after project completion, ensuring all issues are rectified by vendors promptly.
* Ensure proper documentation and permits are applied accordingly.
* Documentation & Ad-hoc Projects
* Support the Facilities Supervisor with ad-hoc projects, including asset tagging, office relocations, or emergency response.
* Maintain basic digital records of site inspections, incident logs, and vendor reports.
* May provide support for local office administration, including but not limited to Purchasing, HR, logistics, IT, and Finance;
* Help update office map accuracy and respond and complete facilities service request system
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years relevant professional experience.
* Experienced in facilities maintenance and ability to perform manual duties and perform regular facilities inspection
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel) for reporting.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
