Overview: Dignity Health Physical Therapy Outpatient Location: 2850 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy Suite 320 Henderson NV 89052 Position: Adult Neuro Occupational Therapist Status: Full Time ** Up to a $5,000 Sign On Bonus ** Responsibilities: Responsibilities: * * Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality outpatient adult neuro services to patients and customers. * Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. * Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy. * National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED. * Minimum one year in adult neuro OR fieldwork in adult neuro REQUIRED. * Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. * Valid state driver's license.
