Overview: California Rehabilitation Institute *A Joint Venture with Cedars, UCLA and Select Medical* Century City - Los Angeles, CA Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient - Per Diem Pay Rate $60.00 - $65.00 **$2,500 Sign On Bonus** Benefits of being an OT with us: * Latest rehab technologies * Engaged and team-oriented culture * High success rates of patients being discharged home * Clinical ladders to develop our therapists * Full-benefits package (Including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, short and long term disability, and tuition assistance) * A network of over 50,000 employees nationwide with relocation and advancement opportunities Responsibilities: Duties * Evaluates all assigned patients, develops, and implements treatment plans in accordance with the patient's need and physician direction * Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy services * Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities * Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers and self * Participates in discharge planning including placement, patient and family education, and adaptive equipment * Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications * Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required * Minimum 2 years acute care or Inpatient Rehabilitation experience required * Certified BLS from the American Heart Association
