Overview: Position: Occupational Therapist - Adult Neuro Location: 2225 W Southern Ave, Suite B Mesa, AZ 85202 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team! Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy * State occupational therapist license (or eligibility) * CPR certification * Valid state driver's license
