One California Responsibilities: Job Summary: Under the general guidance of the Physical Therapy Department Manager has a wide range of freedom in applying individual professional judgment discretion and skill in patient management. Administers patient evaluations plans and implements patient treatment proficiently for all assigned patient diagnoses. Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants in performance of clinical duties. Demonstrates exceptional time management skills in performing all assigned tasks. Demonstrates sound judgment in clinical decision making. Assignments are dependent on the specific experience training and demonstrated competence of the therapist and the needs of the patients. Assists in supervising training and orienting new staff. This position treats/cares for patients of all ages.
