Responsibilities: Position Summary: Participates as a member of the Health Care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served. Qualifications: **Offering a 7,500 Sign-on Bonus for qualified applicants Minimum Qualifications * Graduate of an accredited school of Occupation Therapy * Must have current California licensure * Ability to function independently and autonomously * Knowledge and ability to perform an Occupational Therapy assessment * Knowledge of principles concepts and modalities and methodology required of an Occupational Therapist * Ability to operate and demonstrate the use of equipment for occupational therapy care * Ability to teach and instruct patients caregivers and staff * Must have current BLS certification (Must be through the American Heart Association) Preferred Qualifications: * One year experience as an occupational therapist. 6 months to one year home health experience preferred #OTNorth
