Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is hiring a full-time occupational therapist to join their dynamic rehabilitation team!
Schedule: 40 hr/wk, M-F
* weekend rotation every 6 weeks
* 8:00am-5:00pm during orientation, more flexible after fully orientated

Responsibilities:
* one-on-one patient treatment
* evaluate and treat individuals to develop, recover, or maintain skills for daily living, work, and meaningful activities using therapeutic interventions
* provide skilled occupational therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team
* assigned new set of units on a quarterly basis
Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited OT program.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state OT license, required.
