Overview: Position: Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist Location:2940 E Banner Gateway Drive, Suite 425 Gilbert, AZ 85234 Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Come join a dynamic and close neat team where we have several specialties, established clinicians and a variety of patients and diagnosis. Full Hand Therapy Caseload. Work with 5 Physical Therapists, 2 Occupational Therapists and 1 CHT. Banner Physical Therapy seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-OTR for our outpatient orthopedic center located in Gilbert, AZ. We can mentor an occupational therapist aspiring to be a certified hand therapist. We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. * Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception). Qualifications: * Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited school of Occupational Therapy and state OT License required * Experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedics is required * Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification * Valid driver's license
