Overview: Position: Per Diem Certified Hand Therapist / Occupational Therapist Specialties: Outpatient Orthopedics & Upper Extremity Location: NovaCare Rehabilitation - Westernport, Maryland Compensation: Starting at $50.00/ Hr. Incentives: In-person and online CEU course access NovaCare Rehabilitation in Westernport Maryland, is seeking local per diem / PRN Hand Therapists to join our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician passionate about upper extremity care and looking to grow within a supportive, collaborative environment. While a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must have at least two years of prior outpatient orthopedic and upper extremity experience. About the Role: You'll treat a diverse caseload of upper extremity conditions, including: * Tendon injuries * Sprains and strains * Post-operative fractures * Other orthopedic and neurological conditions We are especially seeking a therapist skilled in custom splinting. You'll work closely with our Regional Hand Therapy Coordinator to ensure you have the tools, mentorship, and support needed to succeed. Schedule: Our center operates Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We're looking to pair your availability with our team's needs. Additional hours may be available at our Assisted Living Facility in Cumberland, Maryland.
