Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapy Specialist (Outpatient)

Location: Winter Haven, FL
Schedule: Full‑time | Monday-Friday (flexible hours)
Compensation: Starting at $72,000+ annually, based on experience
Incentives: $10,000 sign‑on bonus | $350/month student loan assistance

Outpatient orthopedic clinic seeking a full‑time Occupational Therapist with a hand therapy focus. Candidates may include new graduates with Level II hand fieldwork, OTs with 1+ year of hand therapy experience, or CHTs (preferred, not required). Caseload includes: tendon injuries, sprains/strains, post‑operative fractures; splinting preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
* Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.
* Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
* Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).

Qualifications:

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
* National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start. 
* Newly licensed OT graduates with level 2 fieldwork in hand therapy and Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year current hand therapy
* Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
* Valid state driver's license
