Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead and Integration Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud the Oracle technology stack, and Oracle reporting tools. This role requires proficiency in developing real-time and batch integrations, as well as hands-on experience in report development using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher. The candidate should have extensive experience in integrating external non Oracle applications with Oracle Fusion modules such as Payroll, HCM, GL, Projects, and Purchasing using Oracle Integration Cloud. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a technical lead, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Oracle Fusion applications and integration leveraging OIC.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Design, develop, and implement real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle technology stack components.
* Create integration architecture and solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of business insights based on business requirements
* Provide technical support for integration- and reporting-related issues, including diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other technical team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
