Responsibilities:
We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Functional Lead with deep expertise in Financials and Procurement. This is a hands‑on role requiring leadership across General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions that support our project‑centric operations, ensuring seamless integration across finance and procurement processes. Candidates must demonstrate experience leading multiple full‑cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Lead the design, configuration, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules.
* Translate business requirements into functional solutions aligned with best practices and compliance standards.
* Support procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and record‑to‑report processes.
* Provide functional expertise for month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
* Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams as needed.
* Document functional designs, configurations, and process flows.
