Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Analyst for Android devices to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross OEM alignment and tracking for several key deliverables in the device lifecycle for mobile products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including external OEM partners, engineering, marketing, sales and care, to ensure that our products meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and drive business growth. A desire to self-start projects and take initiative is a must. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal product, business, certification, engineering and SCM teams to ensure alignment and execution for key deliverables
* Support ad hoc requirements requests that impact Android OEMs and the business
* Assist with EIF creation for all TMO MVNO IR and MRs
* Support process improvement activities for the team
* Assist with consistent Google folder structure across all OEMs
* Support Vendor Compliance Documentation updates
* Collaborate with PM's to support special projects and slide creation as needed
* Aid PM's with FAI documentation
* Assist with Knox Guard locking for select POs
* Facilitate and document label approval for all devices and country of origin changes

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
* 3+ years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role or combination of education and on job experience

* Ability to establish trust and rapport with team members and business partners
* Highly developed oral and written communication skills
* Ability to create executive level presentations summarizing the status of projects
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask, learn quickly, prioritize and perform under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency with minimal direction and supervision
* Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges
* Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills
* Able to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions focused on important customer needs
* Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
* Extreme curiosity and appetite for learning and growth
