Summary/Objective: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient OEM Claims Processor to complete tasks related to the processing of claims submitted by our OEM customers. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing warranty claims, ensuring all relevant information is accurately entered into the system. You will work closely with customers, service teams, and vendors to resolve claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answer all warranty and company emails promptly, before the 24-hour deadline. 
* Track and monitor claim status, ensuring timely resolution and follow up. 
* Respond to all voicemails the same business day.
* Conduct daily follow up emails.
* Accurately enter claims data into the system, ensuring all information is complete and correct. 
* Perform reviews to self-verify accuracy of information entered.
* Assist with other Warranty team related projects as needed.
* Observance of all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
* Maintain good housekeeping practices throughout the designated areas. 

Working Conditions:

* Primarily working indoors, office environment.
* May sit for several hours at a time.
* Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
* Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Qualifications:

* High school degree or GED
* Computer proficiency in programs such as Excel and Word documents.

Essential Functions:

* Review warranty claims submitted by customers. 
* Collect, review and organize required documentation from customers. 
* Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, updates and resolutions.
* Escalate unresolved or complex claims to leadership or the appropriate team for further action. 
* Enter claims into Lippert's internal system with efficiency and accuracy.
* Assist with other Warranty projects, data review tasks and general items as needed.

* Must be able to operate office equipment, such as printers, computer, copiers, laptops/computers, etc.
* Ability to work under stressful deadlines, situations. 
* Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes through the day.
* Must be able to type on a keyboard, effectively. 

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is somewhat active and may require standing, walking and/or bending through the day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager. 

Travel:

Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.

Preferred Education and Experience:

* Manufacturing/industry Administrative Support experience.
* Microsoft Office Experience
