Our comprehensive benefits include: * Competitive pay * Mileage reimbursement * Medical and dental benefits * Short- and long-term disability * Life insurance * Paid time off * 401(k) program * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Vendor discounts Responsibilities: * Evaluate patient's functional status and home environment * Identify equipment needs and participate in the development of the total plan of care * Develop treatment program and establish goals for improved function * Teach new skills, retrain in once familiar daily activity skills, fabricate splints, train in use of prosthetic and/or orthotic devices * Maintain appropriate clinical records and communication with other personnel involved in patient's care * Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants according to organization policy and state regulations * Participate in discharge planning * Participate in case conference as required * Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements * Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: * Graduate of an occupational therapist education program accredited by ACOTE with current licensure to practice in state of operation * 2+ years occupational therapy experience * Home health experience preferred * Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
