The hospital is home to the state-of-the-art Stollmeyer Family Birthing Centers-which safely delivers approximately 750 babies annually with 24/7 anesthesia coverage-as well as the cutting-edge Copeland, Forbes, and Rossi Cardiac Care Center and the unique Hearst Cancer Resource Center.

Responsibilities:

OB/GYN Physician - Bishops Peak Women's Health & French Hospital Medical Center, San Luis Obispo, CA

As our OB/GYN Physician, you will join the expanding women's health services team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing high-quality care to our patients at Bishops Peak Women's Health Center and French Hospital Medical Center (FHMC) in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California.

You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within an established, robust ambulatory clinic system that boasts over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations across four counties, and 20 specialty services. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care within a modern, well-equipped birthing center that delivers approximately 750 babies annually, supported by 24/7 anesthesia coverage, and collaborating with respected OB/GYN Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Enjoy a balanced practice with shared 1:5 hospital call.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE OB/GYN physician with a commitment to productive, patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment known for its dedicated clinical resources and a thriving Central Coast community.

We are offering a highly competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary $340,000 + Productivity and quality bonus eligibility can bring total on-target earnings up to $450,000. This offer is complemented by a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. New hires may be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as we are a qualifying employer. Qualifications:

Required:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
* Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN
* Active or eligible license in the state of California
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
