We are actively seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician to provide high-quality care at the Dignity Health Perinatal and Women's Center in beautiful Ventura, California. This exceptional opportunity is part of a robust, established ambulatory clinic system that includes over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations spanning four counties, and 20 specialty services. We seek a productive physician committed to delivering high-quality care in a thriving, coastal community. Opportunity Highlights * Collaboration: Work alongside a team of well-respected OB/GYN Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. * Clinical Resources: Access to dedicated Medical Assistants and RN support in a modern clinic environment. * Facility Resources: Modern maternity services and 24/7 anesthesia coverage available through local hospital affiliation. * Call Schedule: Competitive 1:5 Hospital Call. Compensation and Benefits * Annual Salary: $275,000 - $340,000 (Base guarantee + productivity and quality incentives) * Sign on Bonus & Relocation Assistance * Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Comprehensive health benefits including 401(k) with match and pension Qualifications: * MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABMS or AOA) * Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) * DEA certification
