Responsibilities: Our multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in Stockton, California. Opportunity Highlights: * Join an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist in a collaborative practice and share call responsibilities * Strong mentorship available to support your growth * Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume * Robotic surgery experience is a plus Available Resources: * Access to Gynecologic Oncology and Perinatology services * RN triage coverage during after-hours and weekends * Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive compensation range: $350,000- $425,000/year * Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus * Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance Qualifications: * MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology * California Medical License (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration * Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Commitment to compassionate, team-based care and service to a diverse patient population
