Responsibilities:
Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our established practice in Northridge, CA. * Modern Birthing Center: The state-of-the-art Family Birth Center features eight dedicated Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms and has been recognized as a "Best Maternity Hospital".
* High Volume: The center manages a significant number of births, with public health data indicating approximately 1,600-2,800 births annually at the facility.
* Advanced NICU Access: The hospital provides access to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for babies requiring additional resources and support.
* 24/7 Coverage: The facility guarantees 24/7 obstetrical coverage through a dedicated OB Hospitalist Group, ensuring immediate access to a board-certified OB/GYN physician on-site at all times.
Compensation/Benefits Include:
* Annual salary of $340,000
* Student loan reimbursement
* Residency signing stipend: $24,000
* Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000
* Relocation assistance
* Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance
Qualifications:
* MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
* DEA certification
* Passion for women's health with experience in prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, and preventive medicine
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
