Responsibilities: Dignity Health Medical Group - Northridge is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our established practice in Northridge, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional care to women across all stages of life. Opportunity Highlights: * Mission-driven practice with a strong focus on community health and access to care * Supportive clinic environment with experienced staff and mentorship opportunities * Provide care across the full spectrum of women's health, including prenatal, gynecologic, and menopausal care * Emphasis on preventative care, chronic condition management, and minimally invasive procedures * Balanced call schedule facilitated by the group for in-house deliveries and emergencies. * Northridge Hospital Medical Center is part of the larger Dignity Health system, providing robust institutional backing and a clear leadership structure from clinic to hospital administration levels. Clinical Resources: * Dedicated Specialists: Access to a team of Board Certified OB/GYN Physicians and Board Certified Pediatricians. * Nursing Expertise: Staff includes registered nurses who are trained and certified in all aspects of birthing, including Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification. * Comprehensive Diagnostics: The Carole Pump Women's Center offers an extensive array of services including general ultrasound, digital mammography, and bone densitometry. * Perinatal Support: A specialized Perinatal Center, supported by UCLA, provides a full range of prenatal and antenatal testing services for high-risk pregnancies. Hospital Facilities: * Modern Birthing Center: The state-of-the-art Family Birth Center features eight dedicated Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms and has been recognized as a "Best Maternity Hospital". * High Volume: The center manages a significant number of births, with public health data indicating approximately 1,600-2,800 births annually at the facility. * Advanced NICU Access: The hospital provides access to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for babies requiring additional resources and support. * 24/7 Coverage: The facility guarantees 24/7 obstetrical coverage through a dedicated OB Hospitalist Group, ensuring immediate access to a board-certified OB/GYN physician on-site at all times. Compensation/Benefits Include: * Annual salary of $340,000 * Student loan reimbursement * Residency signing stipend: $24,000 * Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000 * Relocation assistance * Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance Qualifications: * MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology * Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) * DEA certification * Passion for women's health with experience in prenatal care, gynecologic procedures, and preventive medicine * Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
