OB/GYN Hospitalist (Per Diem)

** Per Diem **Opportunity for OB/GYN Physicians To Join Our OB/GYN Hospitalist Practice In Elizabethtown, KY

Responsibilities:

We are pleased to announce that Pediatrix Medical Group, has expanded our OBH services to the scenic state of Kentucky. We are seeking board certified experienced OBGYN's to join our OB/GYN Hospitalist practice at Baptist Health Hardin. Ideal candidates will be strong clinicians who work well in teams, adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines, and provide high quality care. 

* 24/7 In house coverage
* Seeking providers with ongoing availability
* Collaborate with Neonatology, Nursing, and other specialties and departments
* Have responsibility for: OB triage/admissions/inpatient care/delivery for unassigned patients and private call coverage, emergency response for L&D/antepartum/postpartum, ER, floor consults/care for unassigned GYN emergencies, surgical assists at Cesarean sections.
* 2 hours from Evansville, IN and Cincinnati, Ohio 
* Less than 45 minutes South of Louisville, KY, 2 hours from Nashville, TN,

Qualifications:

* Board Certified
* KY license preferred (or in process) or active IMLC compact eligible
* Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience
