Responsibilities:
As our Nutrition Assistant you will bring exceptional service and make a tangible difference in healthcare
You'll play a crucial role in providing optimal nutritional care, delivering safe meals, and demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, guests, and staff.
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
* Industry Standard Adherence: Follow healthcare foodservice standards, regulations, and guidelines (food temps, cross-contamination, hygiene, labeling, storage).
* Food Prep & Service: Prepare/serve food within menu/dietary guidelines; know recipe ingredients for allergy questions.
* Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality patient/customer experience with proper meal portioning and presentation.
* Diverse Responsibilities (may include): Coffee shop, cashiering, retail serving, patient tray assembly/delivery, cold food prep, utility assignments (dishwashing), catering, inventory support, general cleaning.
Qualifications:
Required
* Minimum one (1) year of food service experience
* Food Handler's Card within thirty (30) days
Preferred
* High School diploma or equivalent; cashier experience.
