We are currently hiring for a Nursing Supervisor at Northwest Neurosurgery Associates Clinic in Boise!

What You Can Expect:

In this leadership role, you'll guide a team of clinical staff-including LPNs, RNs, and MAs-while helping drive a positive, efficient, and patient-focused clinic environment. Your days will include partnering closely with the team to improve workflows, support professional development, and ensure high-quality care for the community. You'll lead crucial conversations, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. Collaboration with the clinic manager and fellow supervisors will be key as you help maintain compliance, elevate performance, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Monday - Friday, 830a-500p

Clinic is located at Boise Medical Center.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
* Experience: 3 years' relevant experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities:

The Nursing Supervisor, is responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

* Provides day-to-day oversight of the unit/department(s) assigned. 

* Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff. Works with staff to promote resolution of conflicts and counsels staff when clinical practice standards are not met. 

* Assists with coordination of schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels. 

* Collaborates with all members of care provision team to share knowledge and plan for optimal outcomes. 

* Serves as administrative authority for the smooth function of all units on assigned shift. 

* Exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving problems within established policies and practices. Serves as expert and resource to staff. 

* Coordinates quality initiatives and process improvements. 

* Assists with budget planning and clinical needs assessments. 

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
