Responsibilities:

Current Openings Include:

Iowa Methodist Medical Center (IMMC)

* Cath Lab Supervisor
Lead our Cardiac Cath Labs across IMMC and ILH, including prep and recovery services. This is a high-impact role within our cardiovascular service line, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about innovation and outcomes.
* Surgery Supervisor
Oversee surgery with 24/7 accountability. Create a safe, professional environment that supports team development and optimal patient outcomes.
* ICU Supervisor
Support day-to-day operations of our high-acuity ICU, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care and staff development.

Iowa Lutheran Hospital

* PACU Supervisor
Lead perioperative care in OPS/PACU, serving patients from pediatrics to geriatrics across multiple surgical specialties.
* Endoscopy Supervisor
Oversee clinical services in Endo, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and high-quality patient care.
* Emergency Department Supervisor
Manage fast-paced ED operations with a focus on safety, quality, and team support.

Methodist West Hospital

* Surgery Supervisor
Lead OR, Central Sterile Processing, and Preop/PACU services. Collaborate with a skilled surgical team to deliver exceptional perioperative care.
* Emergency Department Supervisor
Guide ED operations with a holistic approach to patient care and staff development.

Qualifications:

Education: 

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Experience: 

* Minimum 1 year of RN experience

License(s)/Certifications: 

* BLS certification (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
* Current RN licensure in Iowa
