Overview: SSM Rehabilitation Hospital *A joint venture with Select Medical & Hospital* Location: Bridgeton, MO Nursing Assistant (NA) - $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Starting Rate: $19.50 based on years of experience Competitive Shift Differentials for Nights and Weekends Full-time - Night We'd love for you to join the team! Responsibilities: * Work collaboratively with our nursing and therapy teams and assist patients in their rehabilitation process * Obtaining vital signs * Help the patient with daily activities * Promptly answering call lights * Reporting any issues or progress observed * Reinforcing rehab techniques as assigned by the therapy team * Encourage and support patients through the recovery process and gently guide them to reach their goals Qualifications: Required: * Education: High School diploma or equivalent * BLS required with in first 90 days of hire Preferred Experience * Hospital experience preferred
