Overview:
Novant Health is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing team in South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and building long-term relationships with patients and families.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, clinically strong, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
* Perform preventive, routine, and problem-focused evaluations
* Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing care management
* Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
* Provide preventive health education, counseling, and screening
* Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the care team
* Promote continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships
* Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
* Support the continued growth and development of the primary care practice
Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
* Current NP or PA certification and South Carolina licensure/eligibility
* Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related primary care experience preferred
* New graduate candidates with strong clinical training may be considered
* BLS certification required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
