Click here to view the ANTI-RETALIATION NOTICE / Oregon Nurse Staffing Law: SB 469 Responsibilities: Seeking highly skilled RNs to provide critical, complex care in our Progressive Care Unit. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you'll apply the full nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care of considerable difficulty. You will: * Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress. * Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team. * Administer medications with precision for patient safety. * Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions. Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered! Qualifications: What You Bring: * Oregon RN License * AHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 days * ACLS within 6 months * 1 year RN experience OR current Mercy Medical Center Nurse. * Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) * PCU and/or ICU experience preferred * PCCN preferred #pcuroseburg2024
