Overview:
The Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center is responsible for delivering the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time, while providing strategic and operational leadership for a growing, high-acuity cardiovascular program shared between Interventional Cardiology and Electrophysiology. Serving the Charlotte community since 1985, Presbyterian continues to experience strong year-over-year growth across the cardiovascular service line.
This comprehensive program includes three Cath Lab procedure rooms and three dedicated EP labs, supporting a robust EP Ablation service with an advanced atrial fibrillation (AFib) program utilizing the latest Pulse Field Ablation technology. With continued expansion across both EP and interventional services, this leader will play a key role in scaling operations and driving performance.
The Nurse Manager fosters an environment where team members can be fully present with patients and families, maintaining approximately 50% presence on the unit to provide visible leadership, mentorship, and real-time operational oversight.
In partnership with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, this leader develops and executes strategies that drive excellence in quality outcomes, throughput, financial vitality, workforce engagement, and patient satisfaction. Strong operational experience is essential to successfully lead and evolve this technologically advanced program.
This role also serves at the system level through participation on the Cardiovascular Advisory Council, helping shape the future of cardiovascular services across the organization.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
* Experience:
* Two years demonstrated leadership experience, preferred.
* Three years clinical RN experience in an acute care setting, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification:
* Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
* NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
* Board certification in area of practice, preferred.
