We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Nurse Manager at Eagle Urgent Care! The Eagle location is a beautiful location with ideal views and resources. The facility includes imaging, lab draw station, primary care clinics, mammography, and other specialties.

What You Can Expect:

The Nurse Manager will be involved in all operations for the Urgent Care. This includes clinical training for staff, urgent care employee scheduling, and employee management. Direct reports include CNAs, PAS, and MAs.  The Nurse Manager also occasionally function as a clinical RN working with patients and providers if coverage is needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary.

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
* Experience: 5 year's clinical experience in assigned area
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications:

* Urgent Care/ED experience is ideal.
* Prior leadership experience

Responsibilities:

The Manager Nursing 1 is responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Directs a single nursing unit within a care area.

* Provides day-to-day oversight of the unit/department assigned. 

* Provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff. 

* Consults with other administrative or management personnel to develop operational, strategic, and long-range plans, including resource allocation and organizational policies. 

* Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedures and regulations. 

* Ensures departmental activities and records adhere to regulatory requirements; evaluates the nursing care given and makes recommendations to develop action plans for improvements; assists with development and implementation of service standards and patient satisfaction. 

* Provides leadership to ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations. 

* Oversees compliance of staff to infection control practices and mandatory education requirements. 

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
* Experience: 5 year's clinical experience in assigned area
* Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
