Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day functions of the Clinical Data Reviewers; * Ensure team assignments are maintained including those assigned to the manager; * Responsible for the allocation of resources within each team; * Identify process deficiencies and propose improvements in department practices to Associate Director or Director, Clinical Data Review; * Represent the department during internal or external meetings as required; * Support the hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of staff. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required * 2 years of management experience preferred * Clinical research experience required; CRO experience preferred * Experience performing clinical trial data review required * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Travel: None
