Responsibilities: Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our well-established, collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Opportunity Highlights * Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions * Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting * Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts * Open ICU with no procedures or codes required * Additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary: $150,000 - $160,000 Depending on experience * Sign-on Bonus: $40,000 * Relocation Assistance: $20,000 * Full suite of benefits including: * 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage * Employer-sponsored pension and 401(k) with matching * CME allowance * Malpractice coverage * PSLF-eligible employer Qualifications: * A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California * Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare) * Completion of state mandated educational courses * Minimum of 1-2 years APP experience in hospital medicine
