Responsibilities: The Night Transportation Dispatch Clerk is responsible for dispatching routes and drivers, including completion of related documentation and necessary communication to drivers, warehouse employees, management, and external vendors. The schedule will be Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Qualifications: * Must have a High School Diploma or GED. * Minimum of two (2) years of related experience. * Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations. Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude: * Contribute and support to the overall goals of the Operations Department. * Takes initiative and works well independently. * Capability of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints. * Able to work effectively with peers, region and corporate leadership, and the sales force in a productive collaborative environment coupled with the ability to be decisive is needed. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions. * Ability to work with mathematical concepts. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
