Overview: Per Diem Newborn Hospitalist position in Austin! Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced, Board Certified newborn hospitalist to join our well-established team of experienced providers at St. David's North Austin Medical Center. * Round in busy newborn nursery alongside pediatricians caring exclusively for newborn patient * Robust newborn census * Level 4 NICU support on site * Flexible scheduling with some weekend support * Acute Care certification preferred, not required * Shifts are 10 hours Austin is the capital of Texas and is the 11th-largest city in the United States and the fourth largest city in the state of Texas and has earned a reputation as one of the best places to live in the nation.
