One California Responsibilities: As a Neurodiagnostic Tech, you'll perform specialized tests like EEGs, providing crucial data for diagnosing neurological conditions. Every day you'll prepare patients, monitor neurological activity, manage equipment, and process data for physician review. To be successful in this role, you need strong technical skills, neuroanatomy knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Compassionate care, attention to detail, and effective communication are paramount for accurate diagnoses. Qualifications: * Must be eligible to take the EEG Exam for ABRET credentials (be a student or graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited Electroneurodiagnostics program, OR associate's degree plus one year experience in Electroneurodiagnostics , OR at least three years experience in Electroneurodiagnostics. * Performing EEGs in adult, and pediatric patients. * Associate of Science Degree from an accredited College with a major in neurodiagnostics, biomedical technology or general science or higher. * Minimum 1 year experience in an EEG Lab. * BLS from American Heart Association. * Registered EEG Technologist (REEGT) within 18 months.
