As a Neurodiagnostic Technician (EEG Tech), you will conduct electroencephalogram (EEG) tests at Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs. 

Your primary Neurodiagnostic Technologist duties will involve:

* The Neurodiagnostic Technologist (EEG Tech) performs procedures according to facility policy and procedures. 
* The Neurodiagnostic Technologist can perform test set up, electrode application, and maintain patient safety during clinically significant events and other related duties. 
* Communication skills are essential for this position.

Your Neurodiagnostic Technologist Schedule in this position is: Days with call till 11pm and weekend call that is rotated between all staff

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified Neurodiagnostic Technologist candidates will need the following:

* High School Diploma or GED required
* BLS issued from the American Heart Association 
* 6 months experience working in patient care environment, required
* EEG experience and or education highly preferred
* Enrollment in or graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied
Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Neurodiagnostic Program is preferred.
* Physical Requirements: Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
