Responsibilities:

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise; support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. Expectations:

* The NEURO TELEMETRY Unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides care for the adult patient requiring telemetry monitoring
* All areas of the department work together to provide high quality care to meet and exceed the expectations of our patients while providing a satisfying experience to our patients and their families.
* Registered Nurse who shares the same passion for our critically ill patients to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. 
* All Staff Nurses are expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. 
* Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

Qualifications:

Required:

* One (1) year RN experience upon hire
* ADN Diploma BSN or Foreign Equivalent upon hire
* Current AZ State RN License in good standing upon hire
* American Heart Association ACLS within 6 months of hire
* Current American Heart Association BLS

Preferred:

* One (1) year IMCU/Telemetry experience
