				Overview:

Novant Health is seeking a Neurology Hospital Floor Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide neurological medical services under the direction of our physician team. This position supports inpatient neurology services in Winston-Salem, NC, including coverage of the general neurology consult service and stroke service, with responsibilities alternating between the two based on departmental needs and scheduling.

Enjoy a highly desirable schedule with no nights, no weekends, and standard daytime hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while practicing in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

* The APP will perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, provide stroke and neurological follow-up care, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary neurology team to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

* Education: Master's degree required. Graduate of an NCCPA-accredited Physician Assistant program required. 
* Experience: Open to both experienced providers and motivated new graduates with neurology exposure or related clinical background. 
* Licensure/Certification: 
* Current PA license in the applicable state required 
* NCCPA certification required 
* Current DEA registration required

* Ability to successfully complete organization-wide and department-specific competency validation and skills assessments 
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills 
* Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, APPs, leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams 
* Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment 
* Additional specialty-specific training and onboarding support provided onsite as needed
