Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for Network/Systems Administrator 2 to support our client's contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC and will be a hybrid remote position. Responsibilities: * Manage mobility tickets in Service Now, oversee day to day O&M activities, work with your team lead on improvement projects and manage outage mitigation * Manage activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and projects * Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities * Work closely with Govt managers collaborating, reporting all related activities * Work closely with other technical service areas on escalated issues * May perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's with 2 - 5 years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Experience with Apple Devices * Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, InTune) * Familiar with Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM) * Familiar with VPN Technologies Clearance Required: Must have an active CFTC Public Trust
