Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for a Systems Administrator II for our NIH-CIT proposal. This position is located in Bethesda, MD and is a remote/hybrid position. Responsibilities: The role's responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Support the Tools Team objectives * Assist with reviewing threshold and performance monitoring to enhance reporting of metrics to inform trend analysis and capacity planning. * Assist with optimizing CIT's existing comprehensive suite of tools used to manage the NIH networks. * Provide initial analysis of recommendations for augmenting and consolidating tools to maximize functionality and return on investments. * Proactively test and implement vendor upgrades and patches by following the appropriate change and configuration management processes, while validating and maintain compliance with security requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's with 5+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Preferred Skills and Experience * CCNA/CCNP
