Overview: GovCIO is currently hiring for Network Operations Manager to support our client's contract needs. This position is located in the Washington, DC area and will be a hybrid remote position with some intermittent on-site work. Responsibilities: * Manage infrastructure team, oversee day to day O&M activities, work with your team on improvement projects and manage outage mitigation * Manage activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and vulnerability mitigation * Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities * Work closely with Govt network managers collaborating, reporting all related activities * Work closely with other technical service areas on escalated issues * May perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) Required Skills and Experience * Experience with Networking Technologies (Cisco, Nexus) * Experience with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure) * Experience with Firewalls (Azure, Cisco Secure) * Experience in Vulnerability Mitigation * Familiar with Microsoft Servers (2020, MECM) * Familiar with Red Hat 10 * Familiar with VPN Technologies Clearance Required: Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust
