Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
* Support the Government in Mission Partner (MP) engagement, on-boarding, and administration (e.g. "Customer Journey"), including initial discovery, requirements capture, solutioning, service agreement, and continuing customer relationship management.
* Ensure the network topology meets the allocated Quality of Service (QoS) bandwidth budget while meeting the performance requirements.
* Develop, maintain, and deliver engineering documentation and installation artifacts in support of all site processes for the fielding and integration of meshONE-T equipment (e.g., site survey information, AF Form 332, engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, circuit diagrams, install and checkout plans).
* Implement the Service Design to incrementally deliver Government-approved meshONE-T system components, services, and capabilities to satisfy the requirements in the SRD.
* Use Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability {RMA) engineering and systems engineering processes to develop, design, and verify that the system meets the documented requirements and is consistent with DoD Guide for Achieving Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability, 3 August 2005.
* Develop a Technical Implementation Specification (TIS) for each MP detailing the services, technical solution, and the unique interface details between meshONE-T and the MP, for inclusion in the respective SSA.
* Review external stakeholder connection information and other interface document changes, provide suggested red line changes, perform impact assessments, and present details to the Government as required.
